Characteristics
Nozzles B1 and BB1 are a family of full cone nozzles with uniform spray, made with X-vane.
This family contains nozzles with spray angles about 60 degrees and covers practice all popular applications in this angle range..
Thread sizes are 1/8 –1” in both male and female thread.
Nozzle B1 are made with single element body with pressed in slotted vane.The BB1 nozzles are made as 3 element ones – two elemnt body and X vane – it keeps the vane safe in position.
Available also made from brass with special treatment.
Applications
• Continuous casting cooling.
• High impact washing.
