SPRAY CHARACTERISTICS:
ZF-Series bayonet mounted spray nozzles produce a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern, with spray angles available from 15° to 110° measured at 3 bar. Spray angles generally increase with pressure,
Those nozzles make a „mountain” shape spray in which spray density tapers off toward the outside of middle point.
Fitting of those nozzles ( orientating the mounting nipple ) should be made with 5-15 degree deviation overlapping of spray patterns while maintaining uniform spray density.
Capacity of this family is 1,18 – 27,8 lpm @ 3 bar for standard version and 37,8 – 158 lpm for large version ( ZLF coded )
Materials are brass/ SS303/ SS316.The nozzles are sealed with two o-rings made in VITON.
The bayonet system of metal nozzles is different than plastic ones, so systems are not interchangeble.
