CHARACTERISTICS
● Easy and quick mounting of the nozzles onto 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1” 1/4, 1” 1/2, 2” normal sized pipes
● It’s enough:
a) to make onto pipe one hole only
b) to insert the nozzle-holder equipped with a seal
c) to hook to the nozzle-holder the clamp, fixed by a screw to the pipe
● Very good seal at pressure up to 7-8 bar (only for fixed FR type)
● They can be equipped with a nozzle-holder ball, fixed by means of a ring nut, in order to be able to orient the nozzle without being compelled to change the plant structure (advise pressure 4-5 bar)
● The materials can ensure an high chemical and thermic resistance (max 80 °C) ● On these quick connectors can be mounted all our nozzles, having connection from 1/8” up to 3/4”
MATERIALS
● Clamp: AISI 430, on request AISI 316, stainless steel with AISI 304 stainless steel screw
● Nozzle-holder and ring nut: Polypropylene glass filled molder
● Ball: Delrin, or Polypropylene molded
